It is very user friendly and easy to use. I love that it has all of the features that we need for our practice. The ability to connect with other dental offices in the area is also great. There are not many downsides to this software. Nothing really stands out as a negative. If you are looking for an easy to use program that will help your office run more efficiently, then you should definitely consider using this software. We have been able to streamline some of our functions by utilizing this software. We are able to keep track of patients and appointments much easier than before. This allows us to be more efficient and make sure that patients get seen when they are supposed to. We are also able to send reminders to patients about upcoming appointments.
