The hand chopper is great!

I was at a family dinner last month and one of my family members pulled out a Vinipiak Manual Chopper to quickly chop/grind the onion, garlic and cilantro for our guacamole. I kind of just stood there. Affected! I immediately bought one. I used it to chop the cucumber, onion and celery for my tuna. Last night I used softened butter, fresh garlic, and fresh herbs to make this amazing Garlic Herb Butter. I haven't tried crushing nuts yet, but I'm making pecan pies this weekend and I hope that works too. do the little things The other family members were impressed too, so I sent three of them over after I showed up for Thanksgiving. lol. One more thing - I chopped a whole onion (first cut into four wedges) and didn't shed a tear! It's true I've only had it a month, but for $10.35. it is worth the money even if it only lasts 6 months. If I thought my nephews 13, 10 and 8 would love it they would all get one in stockings. LAUGH OUT LOUD. But maybe when they're in college and need to cook for themselves.
