While this remote works with my TV, it's obviously not well made. The battery cover often falls off because it is not properly seated. The buttons on the remote "soft ". Buttons cannot be pressed. Sometimes it takes a few times for the keys to actually do what you're asking them to do. Suppose you are trying to select channel 11. If you press 1, nothing happens. You press again and nothing happens. Press a third time and channel 111 is selected, along with the volume control and source selection. I'll say the remote finally works, but it's a disappointing experience. I received this remote control to replace the one that I lost in my rented apartment. I'm not at all sure whether my future tenants will put up with such a chic remote control. I wish I had paid the money for the more expensive "Original Equipment" remote that was also advertised. This is a cheap imitation.
