. If you look at the hose and fitting that connects to the fuel pressure gauge, there is a built-in adjustable Schrader valve at the end (see image). It comes to you completely abandoned. Taking a tire valve puller and turning the valve counter-clockwise will adjust the valve outward so it can push the valve onto the fuel rail. They work perfectly with GM fuel rails and other Schrader valves once you adjust them. I hope it helps.
