Review on ๐Ÿ”ง Energy Suspension 3.1143R Polyurethane Suspension Bushing by Daniel Postle

Fits. An annoying project, but doable.

Perfect fit. I sanded down the factory ribs and worked to replace the old bushings in a vise, not under the truck. It was painful to move with a lever, a hammer, pry and remove the brackets from the torsion bar cross member. That was the hardest part of the job. I didn't put the frame on jacks, that might help. Don't forget to knock out the metal shell of the old jack. This makes it easier to press in the new polypropylene bushes. New bushings also fit. ๐Ÿ˜– I used 7/16"-14 grade 8 bolts with washers on both sides (on the outside of the frame and under the nylon nut on the hub mount side). They got along really well.
