Much better now. Very happy.

Hesitate a little because it's listed for 2500 but fits my 2003 Yukon XL 1500 perfectly. Installation takes some creativity but that's okay. Caution. My old hub cracked completely so the torsion bar hit the bracket where the hub goes in leaving a sharp edge. This damaged the new urethane bushing, so I ordered a second set. Just peel off all the old rubber and have patience pushing it in.

IN STOCK DOES NOT FIT BRACKET

These are really high quality bushings. However, they are NOT SUITABLE FOR STANDARD MOUNTS. They are too stiff to force them into the mounting rings with pliers as shown in the instructions. I had to improvise a screw press to use them (after much profanity) and they were too distorted to stay in place. I assume they can work with stock mounting brackets, but they will NOT fit stock frame rings.

Fits. An annoying project, but doable.

Perfect fit. I sanded down the factory ribs and worked to replace the old bushings in a vise, not under the truck. It was painful to move with a lever, a hammer, pry and remove the brackets from the torsion bar cross member. That was the hardest part of the job. I didn't put the frame on jacks, that might help. Don't forget to knock out the metal shell of the old jack. This makes it easier to press in the new polypropylene bushes. New bushings also fit. πŸ˜– I used 7/16"-14 grade 8 bolts with…

Not bad if you know the secret of the installation.

I don't know why people don't reveal the secret of their installation. The trick is to install them opposite the side where the three tabs for the original bushing are, as this will ruin the new bushings. Press from the front on the passenger side and from behind on the driver's side. I used a gasket installer, a long bolt, nut and short ball joint bushing. I used a similar setup to install the copper bushing. I also expanded the tabs on the cross member with a vise, once I tightened the bolt…
