Flickers 5 minutes after switching on

Very annoying. I bought this for a planned entomology trip where an incandescent bulb was the main light source. I tested it before my trip to make sure it worked, but apparently I didn't leave it on long enough. After warming up, it begins to flicker aggressively. Looks like others reported the same thing. Of course we got stuck in one of the accidents when it was very important.
