Don't waste your money

I was looking forward to brushing up on my pressed cookie making skills and as this was going to be stainless steel I thought I'd have it for the long haul. It didn't even withstand the second ten clicks and broke. The rings on either end of the tube and the pusher may be stainless steel, but the clamp plates and tube are thin aluminum, and the press itself is plastic, but the ratchet piece that was supposed to fall into the hole is broken. The slot on the stick for the amount of dough to squeeze out is also made of brittle aluminum and is basically "stripped" into a U-shape that just slides over the stick without getting into the slot on the stick, making the whole thing not too use. It's good that the dough turned out so soft that I could roll it into a ball and flatten it so as not to spoil the dough.

Pros
  • Cookie Presses
Cons
  • Weak Set
