I use this mic tripod on my Fujifilm XT-1 with a 35mm f2.0 lens. It can withstand a lot more, the leg springs are very strong but not to the point where they are uncomfortable to open and close. It barely protrudes from the bottom of the camera and never bothers putting the camera in a pocket. All metal parts that come into contact with the camera are nicely covered with soft-touch rubber. Highly recommended. The best investment in travel photography.
