arrived on time, looks and feels premium, took a full ten minutes with the hardware supplied, I used a blue lock to be sure. The brackets are easy to install and then simply screw onto the brackets with the provided cap screws. Now the head screws should be stainless steel, but they weren't just black head screws. they are very easy to switch to ACE but I am happy with the black but wish the stainless steel would have given 5 more stars because it was good except for a couple of screws.
