Review on CalemEAM by Todd Phillips

I like everything about this software except support for open standards (XML). We have two different types of ERP systems that are in use at my company. The one we used to be called "Sage" but is no longer available; it's now "Suite". It has been great because there was only 1 system for all functions - purchasing, accounting, human resources, etc. Now, if something goes wrong or isn't working properly, you need to go through several places to find what you're looking for. There were many occasions where I had questions as to why certain things happened or not happening. Sometimes they would give me answers, sometimes we'd figure out an answer together after some research. I've found over time that most of our problems stem from miscommunication between departments or lack thereof.
