I like everything about this software except support for open standards (XML). We have two different types of ERP systems that are in use at my company. The ability to create custom workflows is one of my favorite functions from this product as it helps keep our projects organized in an effective way when assigning tasksto other team members (especially if you use tags). I like that it is easy to use for our small team of 3 people who are managing projects from start to finish. It also has some nice features such as change tracking which we have used in other software but didn't find anywhere else before this program. Sometimes when you make changes or add things they don’t show up until after your project manager approves them so there can be slight delays sometimes.
