Review on CAFÉ BREW COLLECTION Borosilicate Whistling by Elliotte Rogers

Believe it or not, I didn't buy this to boil water for tea or coffee. I had to boil distilled water (for sterilization) for 5 minutes to wash my nose. The kettle whistle is not loud enough to hear when you are in another room. I don't like that you can't reach into the kettle to hand wash it so I put it on the top rack of the dishwasher with no problems. Leaves a backing on the inner glass after boiling filtered tap water (instead of distilled) which I don't want to use for drinking or rinsing my nose. Durable glass. A full cook takes 5 minutes without cracking or breaking and the handle isn't hot enough to touch so I need oven mitts to get it off the stove but you have to turn off the heated handle to avoid burns from the heat to avoid steam. Get the job done!
