Fairly intuitive installation, but I'm not sure who led you to believe that structural screws can be screwed in with a Phillips head screwdriver. After about 5 minutes of manhood testing effort which resulted in the bolt being partially ripped off, I pulled out my drill and after another 5 minutes it was done. One tip, after marking your holes with handy guide, make sure someone is holding them in place while you insert the screws and check the height before fully tightening. I did it myself and the mount moved a little inside the two plane lines, but from the initial dead center it's shifted to one side. I see it every time I look, but no one else does.
