Review on Experience Next-Level Fun With Swagtron T580 Bluetooth Hoverboard by Danny Kimble

I bought this hoverboard as Christmas present for our 9 year old. He rides it all over the place. I'd break a leg if I tried to get on it, but he was using like a pro right away. The negative comment has to do with the Bluetooth speaker, the hoverboard has a built in speaker and you can pair with a device to play music on, while you ride. Son paired it with his i-pod touch and rode all over the place. 2 weeks after Christmas the speaker stopped working. I contacted Swagtron, because it was only 2 weeks. I did purchase the 3 year warranty, but when it broke after 2 weeks I went right to Swagtron. We're going on 3 weeks and still don't have the hoverboard back, pretty frustrated at how long it has taken to get it back. Maybe they're backed up with other returns.the board had good reviews, but I think 3 weeks is an awful long time to wait for a return.
