This is a great product. First, the aqua sky is simply a beautiful color. Second, if you have a blender, you need a blender spatula because it's long and less likely to get caught on the blades and you'll get more liquid out of the blender. Kitchenaid is a good and reliable kitchen brand. I have a Vitamix and it works great there. This tool is also slightly rounded at the bottom, giving you the effect of a spoon to extract every last drop of food. I wouldn't use this with a food processor or anything heavy like dough. This is for making soups and smoothies from a blender. Also, you still have to be careful with these blades. Washes well. I wash by hand.
