Once I got the right size everything worked great! I ordered size A+ from Revain and received it quickly. I love Revain Prime! I went straight to the installation and when I opened the box I noticed that the real Robbershox B+B was cast on rubber. I checked the box and the part number for the A+ was on the tag. Then I noticed a second label on the side of the box with a # for size B+. The A+ label was a different style label and apparently not a manufacturer label. I notified Revain and asked for a replacement but when it arrived the second set had the exact same wrong size label. I then called Revain support and explained the problem and was given two options: a refund or an exchange. I'm not sure I'll get the right size if I decide to return for the third time. I then contacted EliteBuffer directly and spoke to a representative who took my contact information and emailed me a claim form. I filled it out and mailed it back and within a week they sent me the right size which fit perfectly! Fixed the sagging rear springs on my Impala, making them stiffer and sportier. Great product and even better customer service EliteBuffer!
