The best part was that I have never been contacted by any of their sales people or agents, ever! Their support team is extremely helpful if you call in to get questions answered but they also are very quick to respond when emails come through so no problems there either. They don't offer many SEO services as far as link building / content creation etc., however we were looking for someone who could help with more traditional digital marketing tasks such as email campaigns (i think this would be great), social media monitoring, blog posting/content writing - these all seem like obvious things now after using them but it helped me realize what exactly i needed from an agency before signing up. We wanted some one knowledgeable about organic seo for my client's websites as well as having experience in other aspects too which helps give us confidence that everything will work out fine once our website goes live. I've worked with them for over 5 years now and they're always professional, responsive and extremely helpful in pulling together our media buying needs. There's nothing really to dislike about this relationship - their team has been there through thick and thin and is genuinely supportive as well as highly skilled at what it does. They do everything from strategy development across all digital channels to implementation of campaigns including SEO / PPC management.
