The best part was that I have never been contacted by any of their sales people or agents, ever! Their support team is extremely helpful if you call in to get questions answered but they also are very quick to respond when emails come through so no problems there either. They don't offer many SEO services as far as link building / content creation etc., however we were looking for someone who could help with more traditional digital marketing tasks such as email campaigns (i think this would be
