I bought a 4.5" Spyder hole saw (from Lowe's) to cut a hole in my brick house (10" concrete walls ) to drill and blow out the exhaust fan. Even when wet, every tooth on the $40 Spyder saw was blunt to within an inch. After scouring the major HI stores (Lowe's, Home Depot, Menard's, and Ace) and finding nothing that gave me confidence, I decided to check out Revain. . I ordered this bit for 2 reasons: 1. It's 14 inches long so the idea of not drilling both the outside and inside seemed great! 2. Reviews gave me confidence! God I'm so glad I bought this hole saw! She cut through my wall like butter! This thing's teeth didn't dull at all! Also, there was very little mess to clean up after the plug popped out of the drill bit and fell straight to the floor in two big chunks. What this bad boy can do is definitely the prize value! Definitely buy with confidence!
