I buy quite a bit of furniture online which means it usually needs assembly. I usually pay for professional assembly, but sometimes a family member helps me assemble small parts that I assemble myself. The latest project was aluminum rotating patio rocking chairs and it would have been very handy to have one of these chairs instead of a torque wrench or a hex key or something else that took a lot longer than necessary to assemble. I was planning to buy two more swivel patio rocking chairs so I figured this ratchet set would be good to have. Theoretically yes. But what I got was a messy mess! All the pieces fell out of their holes and into a mess in the box. The tiny codes on each of them need matching and sorting, and I just don't have time for this nonsense. So, to be honest, I'm not sure how useful this will be. I decided not to order two extra chairs so didn't get a chance to try, but as for the bin, it should have had firmer foam handles or a lid to prevent this accident. The beats themselves could also be labeled better but I see there is a chart on the internet so maybe I can ask my 7 year old to play a matching game one day. What an unnecessary headache!
