This is not a fully global product. European and Indian circular plugs cannot be installed. Therefore it will not work with an Indian plug. Worldwide means that there also had to be round forks. Why would anyone want to "convert" a US plug back to a US plug? If there was a problem with space, they should at least have installed a nest with a round hole.
