Review on 🐶 Nutrience Original Adult Chicken Meal Dog Food with Brown Rice, 18-Pound Bag by Cheska Perry

We have a 14 year old Miniature Dachshund who is very picky about food. He has skin problems and allergies so we never know how he will react to a new food. He liked Nutrience Original Adult Small Breed Dog. The croquettes were just the right size for his "old teeth" to chew on. We liked that the packaging was resealable. The velcro didn't make it completely airtight, but it certainly was a nice feature of the 18-pound grocery bag. This went on until the food was gone. Ingredients include: Chicken Meal, Brown Rice, Green Peas, Oatmeal, Chicken Fat (Canned with Mixed Tocopherols), Dried Beet Pulp, Natural Chicken Flavor, Flaxseed, Calcium Carbonate, Brewer's Yeast, Salmon Oil. (Source of DHA), Blueberries, Cranberries, Carrots, Vitamins [Vitamin E Supplement, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Vitamin A Supplement, Niacin, Calcium Pantothenate, Inositol, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamine Mononitrate, Biotin, Vitamin B12 supplement, supplement vitamin D3, folic acid], minerals [zinc oxide, zinc proteinate, iron proteinate, iron sulfate, copper proteinate, copper sulfate, manganese proteinate, manganese oxide, calcium iodate, sodium selenite], potassium chloride, DL-methionine, L-lysine, chicory root extract, choline chloride, yeast extract, salt, Glucosamine hydrochloride, chondroitin sulfate. Of course, we always try to avoid wheat and soy for allergy reasons. We try to find foods with healthy ingredients, but there are often compromises in making our dog eat them. I don't think this food is the healthiest on the market. It's not the cheapest either. But our dog liked it. He also stayed away from Pepcid for almost three months because of stomach problems. This is definitely a plus.
