I have elderly cats that have started peeing on the livingroom carpet, unfortunately; they can't help it. Cat pee smell never goes away, so I needed an area rug that we could replace every couple years. Read: cheeeeeap. The one we got from Target a few years ago had lived its cat pee maximum life, so I hoped the replacement would look better than the price I paid. Boy did I get so much more than my money's worth! Looking at it, you might think it was a few hundred dollars. The similar one I bout at Target two years ago was three times the cost and not nearly as good. It's soft, but the fibers are tight, not fluffy (cat pee and fluffy are not a good match) and really pretty. Run, do not walk, to purchase this!
