The best part about this program is that you can have it do everything for your business, from scheduling to payroll processing all in one place with ease of use. We like how easy its setup as well because we were able find out what our needs are quickly since there was an extensive list available when setting up any new software or system within OCM. There isn't anything I dislike at least not yet but if anyone has suggestions please let me know so i could make changes accordingly before launch date which will be soon after finalizing some updates/changes needed by legal department regarding contracts etc.. Overall great tool especially considering price point compared other programs offered online such Paychex being $600+ per month while others only around half depending upon features selected (I am looking specifically into timekeeping). It's been very helpful getting things done more efficiently without having multiple people doing tasks instead just 1 person who does them.
