I was "brushed off" by the staff there, who insisted I upgrade my OS before giving them a call. ated, waited for the bug to recur once more, and then called. The help desk started to investigate the SIM card, the quality of communication, and anything else except the actual gadget itself. I followed all of the stupid suggestions and started waiting for a call at the appointed hour. Naturally, nobody got back to us. When I finally reached a new specialist after making my own phone call, everything seemed to go around in a circle (sim card, communication, lunar eclipse, etc.), and he was overjoyed to learn that the firmware on my operating system was once again out of date and asked that he eat it. A certain amount of time passed, and the problem was still present everywhere and unfixed. Once again, I called support on my own, and this time, since the firmware was up to current, the specialist took the reports he needed and promised to call back in a week. The miracle! Ok, but they did finally get in touch with me. and informed me that there had been an OS update in the previous week, so I should eat and wait to hear from them until the following week. It wasn't until a week later that we heard back from them, and they confirmed that the bug engineers had been given strict instructions to download the software and replicate the error within half an hour. This was initially an impossible criterion to meet due to the nature of the problem itself, which occurs randomly and only after the phone has been idle for a long. The overall verdict is that customer service doesn't bother investigating even the most obscure bugs; instead, they just play football and dynamite with you. Even though I said I would just swap out the broken part with a working one.
