I bought this tablecloth because our kitchen table had been abused for years. We've put overly hot pots on the wood, spilled drinks, cut food without a chopping board, etc. It looks bad so I wanted to throw it away, but I decided to set the table just to see if I liked it . I'm glad I did! The cover is also very worn but unlike the table underneath it still looks good after my kid covered it with toys, stickers and drawing with crayons and markers for a month. It's really beautiful and durable. I love it and if it ever breaks I would happily buy another one.
