Mech. Today I have it on my 17 year old Dodge Durango R/T 5.7L Installed. I already have CAI (K&N 77-1563) and it doesn't look like anything. Eco-Off, Sport mode, whatever. I even reset the ECM - nothing. Whether the mileage improves over time remains to be seen. There's a slight whistle when you step on the gas, but it's not loud at all. At least I know it works. Installation took less than 10 minutes. I ended up using the same factory bolts - don't use the ones that came with the kit - they are too long. Time to catch up on the changes. But I notice an increase in speed in Eco Off and Sport modes. Additionally, the smooth shifts in Sport mode really pull the air and you'll definitely feel the difference. The mileage has not increased.
