My experience with Cerner HIE is limited and frustrating

The most helpful aspect about this software has been its ability for our staff members at my facility, who are in multiple locations across town/state lines as well (and even overseas)to access patient information from anywhere they happen be! It does not always work perfectly though when there have been changes made by another provider or if an error occurs while using it during treatment processes such as admission & discharge procedures etc.. I would recommend having your IT department help you set up any issues so problems will go away faster than trying to figure them out yourself - especially since we were just given new computers without being able to use all features before hand which causes more confusion among providers-which leads me back into no longer recommending it due mainly because everything was working fine until now!!
