I like that we are able to have our orders prepped via this software for our staff which helps when they need something fast or if you don't want to go through all of your employees to make sure they know what is supposed to be made. It can sometimes get glitchy but it's easy enough to fix most problems as long as you take some time to do so. Some functions seem difficult (or at least not intuitive) to use compared to other software out there. But again, once you figure them out, everything works great! For us, being able to input multiple recipes into one order has been very helpful. This allows us to enter in a large amount of different types of meals in a short period of time while maintaining consistency between each meal type.
