I am very disappointed, an important part of this phone holder is made of plastic. This is the part that allows the phone to rotate. This allows the holder to click when rotated. It broke before I even used it. I rotated it once and then the clicking part that holds it in place stopped working. It's a shame, because the entire holder is made of metal and is well made except for this one part. This cheap plastic part makes it weak and unusable. I would never recommend this item to a friend. at all costs. I glued it together so it stays in the same position instead of rotating on its own. I hope for the best. If this piece of plastic breaks, I could lose my very expensive phone. The description says "full metal" but it's not really metal.
