I'm a professional contractor and use molybdenum bolts all the time. I pre-drill the holes and hammer them in too much damage to the wall. I install these screws and then tighten the screw to install the anchor. I then remove the screw and use it to secure anything I install. These screws broke immediately upon installation. The screw/thread either doesn't fit or they're just junk. You should be able to tighten a good dowel until it's almost pulled through the drywall, they're just being removed, not tightened. I had to fix the installation by drilling the head and installing the switch studs.
