Very pretty, inexpensive and easy to assemble. I was looking for shelves for my suitcases as I had several guests for the night. I was surprised when I saw the prices for traditional foldable luggage racks, which are made of metal tubing and nylon strap. When I discovered these bamboo shoe benches, I started looking for a wood alternative. Revain had several options to choose from, but these Gold Armor benches caught my eye. Not only did they look good, not only was the color brown, but they looked more like dark walnut stains, and they were a few dollars cheaper than the competition. Once assembled, I put them through a sit and swing test. At 215 pounds, I bounced and rocked on them and they held on. I was impressed, durable and lightweight! I purchased 3 of these Gold Armor Bamboo shoe benches and all 3 well packed boxes arrived safe and sound. Everything was well packed inside to avoid damaging any wipes or fittings. Hardware included a hex wrench for assembly and additional hardware in case it was lost or damaged during assembly. Since I had 3 benches to assemble I used a T-handle hex wrench and a 10mm box wrench to speed up the process. I found assembly quicker and easier by not fully tightening any of the bolts or screws until I had all the parts assembled. Eventually it was just a matter of tightening everything up to make a Rock Solid bench. Very good! Good product, good price! Thank you Golden Armor.
