These knobs look great and the crystal glass makes the look and feel definitely high-end. My only reason for a 4 rating was the manufacturing quality. One out of the 4 knobs that I purchased was out-of-tolerance on the through-hole to set-screw location on the mounting post (too hard to describe with words or even a picture, without pointing to an engineered drawing). So the end-result of the machining defect is that some of the aluminum metal knob mounting post shows (about 1.5mm thick, around the 15mm diameter of the knob-neck), unlike the other 3 knobs which fit flush, knob-to-decorative plate. So, as you scan the two knobs side-by-side on my french door, the exposed aluminum mounting post catches your eye when compared to the oil-bronze color that it should be. Is it knit-picky?.Yes, but high quality deserve 5's and almost high quality deserves a 4.typical chinese manufacturing.
