so glad i bought it. From the start I had trouble with the volume control on the crappy remote control that came with my TV. Turning up the volume was difficult and frustrating, and since they've removed all controls from TVs these days, if your remote malfunctions, you're in the ditch. This one seems much better made, and the volume rocker on the side is sturdy and responsive. Worked perfectly right away. The only minor differences are that the batteries charge differently and two of the four "Speed" buttons are different. After trying unsuccessfully to contact Hisense about a new remote, I'm glad I decided to give it a try. worth your money.
