I like that you can set up automated reminders to send out emails at certain times, or even have them sent automatically in between scheduled meetings (which is helpful when there's many people involved).
Also nice being able to create different rules/algorithms depending if it’s an initial contact vs follow-up reminder email etc., as well as having notifications of new messages via text message so no need to check every time just incase something has changed since last meeting - saves my sanity!! The lack of options related to setting recurring payments seems very limiting considering how big this market could be otherwise.. however we've been working hard improving their integrations into Zapier which allows us access those features without needing additional software setup /amp; maintenance costs associated wth our current system provider! We're looking forward to continued growth & expansion within the rental marketspace given its huge potential benefits not only financially but also from social impact perspective.
