Overall pretty good but room for improvement

I love that my property is always being monitored, so if there's an issue it gets resolved right away without me having to get involved myself. The app itself could be more intuitive - sometimes you have no idea what button will do or how to use certain features of the application. It can also seem like the system has glitches at times which makes things frustrating when trying to run reports/keep track of tenants payments etc. If you are looking into monitoring all aspects of rental…

Great platform for automating communication with clients

I like that you can set up automated reminders to send out emails at certain times, or even have them sent automatically in between scheduled meetings (which is helpful when there's many people involved). Also nice being able to create different rules/algorithms depending if it’s an initial contact vs follow-up reminder email etc., as well as having notifications of new messages via text message so no need to check every time just incase something has changed since last meeting - saves my…

Great tool if your landlords won’t respond

The platform is simple to use and we've created a very good user experience. We can easily get the information we need, and when I want to contact someone I just click on a date and I receive an automatic response. I'm sure we will improve the platform at every step, but for now it's a very good system. I appreciate their customer service. I would not have been able to rent my apartment without their support.
