I love that my property is always being monitored, so if there's an issue it gets resolved right away without me having to get involved myself. The app itself could be more intuitive - sometimes you have no idea what button will do or how to use certain features of the application. I like that you can set up automated reminders to send out emails at certain times, or even have them sent automatically in between scheduled meetings (which is helpful when there's many people involved). The platform is simple to use and we've created a very good user experience. We can easily get the information we need, and when I want to contact someone I just click on a date and I receive an automatic response. I'm sure we will improve the platform at every step, but for now it's a very good system. I appreciate their customer service. I would not have been able to rent my apartment without their support.
