Great tool if your landlords won’t respond

The platform is simple to use and we've created a very good user experience. We can easily get the information we need, and when I want to contact someone I just click on a date and I receive an automatic response. I'm sure we will improve the platform at every step, but for now it's a very good system. I appreciate their customer service. I would not have been able to rent my apartment without their support. We did not have the time to do all the things we had to finish to move in! I appreciated their customer service more than all the other platforms we have dealt with. I like that it is easy to set up, they are always responsive whenever you need help or have questions about their service. The interface can be confusing at first but after getting used to it, everything works great. It's really helpful when there aren't any other options available. If I had an issue with my apartment or something was broken in my building, I would use this app because of how simple the process is.

  • Ease of access/use by residents as well :)
