I like that they are able to provide so much information in such an organized manner. They have it down pat! It is hard to find any dislikes because everything works as expected. There was nothing about this software system that made me dislike it. If you want something that will do just what its designed for - and not try and add features that don't fit your business needs then go with port side. Airline operations department. I like that it is easy to use when you're new but also has all of your information at hand if needed. It's not as user friendly once you get used to using it so be prepared! If there were more features available or better integration with other programs we would definitely continue this program. The benefits are being able to see everything in one place instead of having multiple spreadsheets which makes our job easier by keeping track of things from different vendors (such as maintenance).
