I felt like there was quite a lot of information on the label. The only thing it really says is apply it to wet hair for 5-15 minutes. You are not conditions when you use it? It doesn't speak. I think the label could use more information. It consists of 80% ingredients. Usually switching to a new conditioner works much better, it's the same as switching to a new lotion. I don't find this hair mask any better than the other ones I've used from Garnier with honey in the name. I really like the Garnier mask because the hair is so soft and smooth afterwards, but it wasn't for me with the SEVEN mask. My wife didn't complain about anything, but she didn't rant or rave about it either. I might have a mild allergy to one of the ingredients in this stuff. After using it, my scalp felt a little weird and itchy in several places. Not uncomfortable, just wrong. I tried it a second time with very similar results. My wife didn't complain about anything like that when she tried it. For the price and how much you get, it doesn't seem like a big deal. If he had results to back up the price, then it would be worth it. I will continue to buy the Garnier honey mask. It's 1/4 the price, there's more in the bottle, and it's great for my hair.
