Great product - works well even when we get large spikes
It's fast and can handle both Layer 2 and Layer 3 traffic. The GUI is very easy to use for non-technical users. If you are looking for an all in one solution with packet/flow monitoring this is it. There are only 2 things I dislike about TotalView. 1) It does not have any reporting features in the UI like other products such as NetFlow. 2) It is a little expensive. You can't beat the price point though, so if you need a layer 3/4 traffic analyzer I would recommend. We use it to monitor our firewall and switches for issues as they arise.
