Review on FIRES (Fire-Rescue Scheduling System) by Jerry Delic

Fires is easy to use, intuitive and has a great interface. It's really easy to understand and implement. There are many different features that can be used to help run an efficient fire department. There are some things that I don't like about it but they are minor nitpicks. I haven't found anything bad yet so far. If you have a small or medium department then this would be the best tool for you to use. I am able to easily assign shifts, create rosters, view schedules, etc. It also allows me to easily track overtime and leave balances.
