2011 CX7 best fixed this in spare parts
I had issues where the driver's side wouldn't go all the way down and then made a grinding noise at the top, it didn't stop, just kept grinding. With this machine I didn't know if it was the chain assembly or this part. Looking at youtube and other reviews it looks like this part will go flat or lose a gear (inside) and then have problems. This new part went in very easily and worked great on the first run. It's easier to buy this part instead of a refurbished/replaced part, or to fix the broken part by taking it apart, replacing gears, etc. Your time is more valuable. Buy it!
