Review on IRobot Vacuum Connected Mapping Compatible by Josh Montgomery

So far the house is incredibly clean! It was really fun going through the setup and waiting for him to map our home. I just had to install the app! The app took care of everything, I really couldn't believe how easy it was to set up, and now the schedule. Now to the problem. THEY SEND IT WITHOUT A BATTERY which took me 2 days to find out! that it wasn't loaded. I went for help and support and tried everything. The last thing I wanted to do was reseat the battery! But that was the last thing I tried. Opened but there is no battery. Couldn't believe it. It's getting worse. Called Revain and had to buy a new battery! They said they would refund me the money which was not normal but they gave me no choice. I have never received a refund. I had to call again and finally got my money back! only pain! BUT I PLEASE EVERYTHING AGAIN TO SEE THE HAPPINESS ON MY WIFE'S FACE! She loves her new Roomba! Cleans better than expected. The cartography is amazing. It's so easy to mark the house and tidy up anywhere, anytime! It's like hiring a cleaning lady and then forgetting about her. It's worth it and we highly recommend Roomba!
