I found the instructions to be meaningless. There is no link on how to use watch faces and what they do. It took a lot of experimentation to figure things out. As for fine-tuning, I don't know what it does. A knob was also found, when pressed and turned, preset numbers are output. I also found that the wires' shielding had cracked. I had to remove the cover to put it back on to be able to load the new cable. I would not recommend this welder to a beginner.
