The pad retainers that came with the pads were the wrong size - the inner clips protruded too far and ended up cutting into my new rotor discs. I had to sand them down to remove the grooves, totaling $50 a pair, and I bought new mounts from an auto parts store that fit much better. The brake pads are good but the price has gone up because of this defect. when I changed my brakes. It would have been better to buy the most expensive pair I could find at an auto parts store for what I paid for these pads after the rebuild. That's why I'm giving the whole purchase two stars. I just had to leave the old clamps.
