Needless to say I was a bit skeptical. Talk about surprise. First, it's as big as it looks. The case is 7.5 inches wide, 10 inches high and 1.5 inches thick. This isn't a small trial like most of these zippered bags. This is a complete sewing kit and all items shown are full size. The scissors are very sharp. , all needles and pins are full size. The accessories here are something you'll have to pay a lot more for than the cost of this set (because you can never just buy a few). Not the size, this is nothing to carry in your bag, but you could certainly take everything you might need with you on holiday, or make it the only set at home. One place to get everything.
