The assembly template will help a lot / The instructions need improvement

Our microwave died and we decided to replace it with a powerful hood because we cook a lot of pan dishes and a lot of smoke is produced. After reading the positive and negative reviews here I thought about buying this product. After much deliberation, I finally decided to buy it. The price was right and the goods were delivered quickly. I inspected the box as soon as it arrived and couldn't find any significant damage to the box. I carefully opened the box. As I started to take the parts out, I noticed that the packaging containing the fasteners was open and all the screws were scattered on the bottom. This hood comes with a lot of screws, and you get a lot of extras at the end. I assume it is due to the various mounting options of this product. I went to Home Depot to find a metal tie to attach the flexible duct that came with the unit to the hood. Clamps are not supplied with the device. Alternatively, you can use 3M metal tape to secure them. The outlet is 8 inches in diameter, which Home Depot says is unusual for a home, and I couldn't find the terminals. I plugged the hood into an outlet first and ran it on various settings to make sure there were no issues. It worked fine with all settings, so I proceeded with the installation. I drew a template with cardboard to mark the appropriate mounting points on the bottom of my cabinet and pre-drilled all the screws. mounting holes. A 30 inch hood is heavy. The installation will definitely be done by two or three people depending on the installation location and how much space you have around it to get a good grip. You may also need a cabinet jack or a jack. We had to go through and try different ways to get it there, but finally we were able to install it. Some Youtube videos will help. The operating instructions that came with the device are totally inadequate. We need clearer images and full processing. Access to threaded holes is difficult. In addition, if space permits, it is better to insert the screws first, and then align the screw head with the large holes, lift the cover and slide it into place, and then tighten the screws. If your home doesn't have external ventilation and you're not being overly accommodating, you may need professional help.
