Review on Calphalon Classic Nonstick Roaster with 16-Inch Rack by Dana Schmidt

My old frying pan was coated with teflon and the coating was starting to come off which I don't want in gravy. I bought one for my daughter from Costco a few years ago and it was really good. Was looking for one this year and they didn't have one (or not that good). I looked at several sites and some had crazy prices for a roster that didn't seem any better than this one. It's lighter than my old brazier, which surprised me because the metal walls aren't thin. It's not Teflon. coated :-D and the size is about the same.
