Review on Hillman 853367 12 Inch Stainless Steel Non-Adjustable Product by Rick Rogers

I purchased this item and received a 12" Reed Bolt. When I informed Revain that this was wrong, they sent me another 12" reed bolt. I then contacted Revain again and the customer service rep said all they could do was make another request to send another 12" bolt. I've given up trying to fix an error that seems to exist in the item's name.
